Guild Wars Nightfall (PC)

It's scarcely been six months since the release of Guild Wars Factions, the follow-up to ArenaNet's innovative online role-playing game, but here comes Guild Wars Nightfall--another massive game featuring plenty of solo, cooperative, and competitive...

Guild Wars Nightfall on PC games

Third time still the charm?

Curve - 6 Nightfall is as slick, polished and professional a game as you're likely to ever see, and it should be: the developers have had years now to get things right, funded by an army of dedicated customers. Where it falls down is in originality:...

Review: Guild Wars Nightfall

Since its release, Guild Wars has been the only title that could effectively challenge World of Warcraft in the MMO arena, mainly because it delivered the same experience without monthly fees. The first expansion, Factions, was received well among the...

Guild Wars: Nightfall Review

The Diablo series has been a license to print money for Blizzard. Diablo 2 still sells well to this day and is played by many people on Battle.net. The game's simplicity along with a passable story line and weapon collection made for an experience that...

Overall, Nightfall is a solid expansion to an already fun base game. The heroes add a whole complete dimension to the story and the new quests/missions are fun and challenging. The Dervish fills a fairly unique role as does the Paragon. The new skills....

Guild Wars: Nightfall (PC)

While the core of the game may not have changed much, it still holds up well, and the addition of two new classes and a new role-playing campaign add a humungous amount of playability to an already content-ridden series.

The two new professions make great additions to the game; a vast new continent to explore; the gameplay still holds up; it will keep you busy for a long, long time

Some AI limitations and pathfinding issues mar the heros a bit; hero PvP battles aren't much fun; odd shift in difficulty near the end of the game

Guild Wars: Nightfall

The third iteration of Guild Wars is as solid as you would expect.

Hero system adds an interesting dimension; intriguing and entertaining new classes

Controlling your Heroes effectively in combat can be pretty difficult

Guild Wars: Nightfall

A sequel to anything, be it film, book or game, is usually hissed at and never thought to be as good as the original but, with Guild Wars: Nightfall, the opposite has most certainly occurred. With two new classes, story, missions, PVP (player versus...

Nightfall is a very pretty game, surpassing both Prophecies and Factions in setting and visual style, reaching a level of detail and quality that is very impressive considering the sheer amount of players and environmental richness the game...

Guild Wars Nightfall

Jenksie takes the role of a Dervish in the latest installment of the successful Guild Wars series

A worthy addition to the series that erases the mistakes of factions whilst keeping true to the Guild Wars ethic

Consumer review by:

Terrible, not what I expected

None to speak of

Could be Better

Brilliant game!

This game is a brilliant add-on to the Guild wars games, helps you a lot if you have the factions campaign as the Dervish (a scythe wielding holy warrior) hits often and very hard. The campaign on this is very good as when killing monsters you often...
