Metro 2033 Review

Set in a post-apocalyptic Moscow, Metro 2033 will push your PC as much as it pushes the suspense.

Metro 2033 is a very solid game from our friendly developer 4A Games, and looks like it could be another new lucrative property for THQ (alongside Darksiders). If you have a PC that can run this game, I strongly recommend that you give this game a try....

Metro 2033

Some of the best games have immersed us in a world that gave a feeling of purpose. Looking left, right, up, and down in absolute awe is no easy task. Convincing the player to truly want to protect said world and the people in it is even more difficult....

While Metro 2033 isn't without its faults, if you embrace its strong suits and allow yourself to become immersed in this impressive post-apocalyptic environment, you will surely enjoy yourself.

Metro 2033 review

Innovating Conventions

Provides a phenomenal atmosphere

Incorporates stale quick-time events

Metro 2033 PC Review

When you think about post apocalyptic settings in games, two names keep popping up in my head; Fallout and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Both are atmospheric tales of a journey through the wastelands and the two games have entertained thousands of players over the...

Awesome storyline ; Great visuals ; Very atmospheric

Above ground isn't that pretty ; Sometimes the lack of ammo around early on can be a pain in the arse

Awesome

Metro 2033 is a great game. Im about 2 hours into it and have really enjoyed it so far. The creepy atmosphere has been created really well and the post apocolypic world you play in is well crafted. It is quite different to the likes of Fallout 3 as the...

Give it a go!

If you've played Fallout 3 than its quite similar - post-apocalyptic world, scavenging for ammo (used as currency and bullets in the game)

Almost flawless

Metro 2033 is an original first person shooter set mostly underground in a mad max style apocoliptic future Moscow.
