World of Warcraft: Cataclysm

Anyone who has played World of Warcraft over the past six years knows the present game is a far different experience than what first pulled fans in. With the release of the newest expansion, Cataclysm, it is even a far different game than a month...

World of Warcraft: Cataclysm Review

With the launch of the third expansion pack for Blizzard's hugely successful World of Warcraft, a lot has changed for its players, but for those on the outside, everything probably seems to be the same. This game continues to pull in millions of...

Cataclysm is a love letter to fans of World of Warcraft, as it celebrates everything that made the original game so successful while carefully updating the old game to the new standard of play that Blizzard has set. With that new design philosophy...

World of Warcraft: Cataclysm Review

Cataclysm doesn't improve World of Warcraft as dramatically as the free update that preceded it did, but it's still a great expansion pack for anyone with high-level characters.

New zones with satisfying stories and varied quests are the best to date ; Fun and very different starter zones for new races ; Guild leveling and rewards systems are great additions ; Level and gear restrictions introduced for battlegrounds and...

New archaeology profession isn't fun ; Not enough zones to level a second character without repeating lots of content

World of Warcraft: Cataclysm Preview

Cataclysm lets players explore a sunken city, experience new classes and master Archaeology. Time to call in sick from work.

Being able to explore new areas, mess around with character combinations and strengthen your numbers should make World of Warcraft even more addictive than before. Blizzard hasn't announced a release date, but in typical fashion, we expect to see...

Games Xtreme ploughs through the latest World of Warcraft expansion to find out if Blizzard still have the magic touch

I can whole-heartedly recommend it to seasoned WoW players who might've taken a break, veterans of other MMOs who are considering giving WoW a try, or complete newbies to this kind of game. You won't be disappointed.
