Don't get the A2 speakers without these

When I first setup my speakers I was extremely unimpressed. The bass was very muddy and overwhelming, overshadowing the highs. My home system, comprised of Celestion Ditton 66 and Acoustic Research AR-9 speakers for reference of what 'good' should...

Bad for your eyes and wallet. Great for your ears

These are simply expensive pieces of rubber that will make your Audioengine speakers sound 10x better on your desktop. I definitely prefer the minimal, raw look of the A2s without the stands, but these stands definitely bring the mids and highs out...

These DO make a difference in what you hear from the Audioengine A2 (or other small speakers)

I have the Audioengine A2 Desktop Speakers placed to each side of my computer monitor and used them for quite a long time before coming to the realization that if I simply aligned the speakers so that they were angled up towards my ears, then I would...

Take a stand for better sound...

I purchased these to complement the AudioEngine A2s that I also bought from J&R. If you are using the A2s on a desktop, I would argue that these are necessary and actually make a noticeable improvement in sound quality. The A2s are near-field speakers...

Easy To Use

Perfect for Emotiva Airmotive 4, too!

These work great for the Emotiva Airmotive 4, as well. It appears they would also work well for other smallish bookshelf or center speakers (using 2 for larger form-factors), too.

Overpriced

Used this to angle the center speaker of my home theater. Does the job done but waaaaaay too overpriced.

Heavy Duty

I was considering these or the Auralex MOPAD Monitor Isolation Pads, Charcoal, 1 pair, which are made out of foam. I figured these would last longer and be more prone to abuse. These are rubber, do a great job of isolation and were $10.00 less. I know...

Works as advertised

This is actually my second pair of stands, purchased with A2's as a X-Mas gift for my daughter. Getting the A2's off of the desk and angled correctly greatly improves the soundstage as well as imaging. Also solidifies the low end.

I am glad that I bought this pair of stands

I bought them to solve exactly same problem that other people have - pointing speakers to right direction and block vibration transferred to desk. This stand works to solve them. My speakers are bigger than A2 speakers. I use Boston Acoustics CS26....
