This thing works, but is a hassle to get on and off. The iPod screen can't be seen, so you have to memorize the locations to make changes. It's pretty cheap, that's the only advantage I see to it over the standard Apple bands.

I'm not a fan of armbands, but it seems that they are the only things that you can use with the Nike+ system. This armband stays in place and I hardly feel it there.
