Corsair SP2500 - Colossal Chaos

The desktop speaker market has been somewhat ignored over the last couple of years. The exciting days of large, powerful speakers specifically designed for the desktop PCs have long gone. Corsair's new SP2500 are a 2.1 speaker set designed specifically...

Corsair is selling the SP2500 for Rs. 12,200, which is a lot more than some of the popular 2.1 speakers such as the legendary Altec Lansing MX5021 for example. The MX5021 is hard to find these days, but with vey few good options in the market, this is...

Corsair SP2500 Gaming Audio Speakers Review

There is absolutely nothing subtle about Corsair's SP2500 Gaming Audio Speakers: This monstrous 2.1-channel system could start a riot. After just a few minutes listening to Les Claypool shred his stand-up acoustic bass on the Primus classic “Mr....

We still prefer B&W’s MM-1 or the combination of Audioengine's N22 amp and P4 speakers for critical listening, but each of those systems cost twice as much as the P2500, and neither will fill as large a room

Very good case but flimsy feeling.

Over all, it's a great case! Make sure you have the room for it! If I had my choice again, I would go with a different company.

There are many great things about this case....the look, the feel, the inside room. The great amount of fans that can be installed, the great, great wire management and many more things

If you place any type of drive that uses Sata in the lowest bay if the case, you will have to purchase straight forward Sata connections. You will not be able to use a 90 degree cable. Or have to move the drive, but if your like me, your drives should...

Perfection

I have owned several Bose systems and have to say that these speakers are on par with Bose quality for a much cheaper price tag. They are a must get if your looking for new speakers and don't mind paying $200.

The lows, mids, and highs are fantastic. Have had these things on almost full volume and they sound just as crisp and tight as they do on lower volumes. The EQ programs are well done and all very useful. The bass is huge and has more then enough power...

Looked hard but couldn't find any

Surprised!

these can get loud, so unless your neighbors like you and share the pleasure of the same music style, I wouldn't crank it past 25% :)

I rate myself a 5 because this is what I do, I deal with speakers and audio systems all day coming from the top producers like McCauley, Peavey, Yamaha etc ; When I ordered a pair I didn't think they would perform this well ; The 6 amplifiers make it...

they are probably the most expensive 2.1 PC speakers out there! :)

BUY THEM NOW

Best sound - Minimal distortion even at it's loudest - these are built like a brick *** HOUSE - tough - functional and the sound is DYNAMIC - amazing - LOVE LOVE LOVE these speakers, and I have owned a lot of speaker sets - better then my 7.1 computer...

Best sound - better than BOSE for the price X 10. TIGHT strong bass and midranges - High definition on the tweets. Strong stereo imaging, Remote is super handy

NONE - if any - the basic design may look old to you - but it's simplistic and pragmatic. Does not look cheap when you set it up. - No hanging brackets - but wouldn't look right hanging on the wall by themselves anyway. The little speaker "step" used...

Little Pricey. Could do better.

I have an 'Alpine Type R' in my car, and it was far more clear with the bass than this was. Granted, it cost almost as much as the whole speaker setup, but still, for the price of this system, I would expect a little more. Be warned: The sub is LARGE....

Clear sound, decent ; Audio can get loud ; It can play the extremely low and high frequencies

Mids are a little weird. Could do a lot better for the price of this system ; It seems that if there is a song, or a sound, or a movie with ANY bass, it goes straight to the subwoofer ; And if there is a song with a lot of low notes to hit, some of...

Simply the best

Did I mention the sound quality is awesome? It is.

Crystal clear sound I didn't believe until I heard. The bass is solid and clear and easily adjustable on the remote. The remote is awesome and simple with a clear easy to see display. Simple volume knob and with the click of 1 button changes to the...
