Good for those who are looking for a cheap stereo speaker set.

Nice sound for the price. Space concious. Good enough for those who aren't looking for theatrical sound

Not comparable with some other 2.1 setups. Subwoofer could put out a little more bass

Long-lasting

I've replaced the small satellite speakers, though I still have them, with a couple standard powered PC speakers which I had gotten for free, and I have those hooked up because they have their own volume control, and I can adjust to my liking.

I originally bought these speakers back in 2004 for $20. They have good sound quality, and my bass is loud enough, I have to keep the subwoofer off the floor or the neighbors will complain ; They're actually, the first speakers I'd ever bought

For some reason, there's a lot of static when I change the volume and the right speaker likes to cut out, but messing with the volume slider normally fixes it. I don't know if the slider is dirty or what, but they have been that way for a while. If not...

great sound for a small price.

I bought these speakers because they have a on/on Volume control separate from the speakers themselves. This lets me put the speakers up out of the way yet I can locate the control switch where is is easy to use. The sound is very good for the price....

WoW!!! and that's all I can say about these speakers!

I couldn't help but write about these speakers after I received them today. Bass is amazing. I've had much bigger subwoofer than this made by A&R(Acoustic Research) for home theater systems. That subwoofer couldn't make out notes played by bass guitar...

Good choice

Excellent upgrade speakers - just replace your basic 2.0 set with these and you'll be impressed. Huge difference...

Well designed set - loud enough with no distortions, natural sound : clear mids and highs, good base "blends" into sound ; Small size, looks cool next to LCD monitor
