Logitech Z323 Review

Logitech has built more computer speakers over the years than just about any manufacturer, and it's learned a thing or two about building decent low-cost models. Take the 2.1-channel Logitech Z323 system: We could name any number of speaker systems...

Low fidelity; fixed-length cables; very small subwoofer

Logitech Z323 speaker system

Logitech's Z323 speakers project adequate sound at low levels, but if you turn up the volume, the audio has an unacceptable lack of clarity and severely distorted bass. We recommend that you stay away from these speakers and spend an extra $10 on the...

Generous two-year warranty; RCA inputs lets you connect external audio sources.

Subwoofer is prone to distortion, even at half power; 3.5mm audio cable not included; unprotected drivers.

Logitech Z323 review

The Logitech Z323 is a 30 watts (RMS) 2.1 PC speaker that has an 18 watts RMS sub-woofer with two dual-driver satellites which are rated at 6watts RMS each. The 4-inch down-firing dome driver does not seem as promising for a subwoofer as the Altec...

A nice looking set of compact 2.1 speakers that has good design and build quality along with essential connectivity options, the Logitech Z323's mediocre sound quality keeps it away from our full recommendation.

Logitech Z323

This 2.1 speaker promised to create an all-round sound with tight beats. Does it live up to what Logitech claimed though?

Nice compact design ; Good set of connectivity options ; Low distortion level

Subtle highs and thin mids ; Weak bass ; Average overall sound quality ; A bit overpriced

A mid-range compact 2.1 speaker system that has good look and design. It has unique extra rear speaker drivers that Logitech claimed creating a 360 degree sound field. However, despite all these, this compact 2.1 PC speaker delivers mediocre sound...

Great sound - Mimics Surround.

A good purchase for the price I paid.

Excellent clarity, the speakers put out a nice range of sound and the subwoofer is top notch. The volume knob on the right speaker is very fluid and has excellent fine tuning

Weird connectors. The speakers are a bit large. Sound is a bit muddy at lower volumes

Not Bad but not Amazing

Overall I still like the speakers since I can just turn up the volume on my computer and leave the speaker volume less than half and I can still hear things just fine.

The speakers are very convenient in terms of adjusting the volume quickly ; Very simple set-up ; Relatively good sound quality at lower levels

When I turn the speaker up to higher volumes (anything past about half) it makes soft white noise I don't particularly mind this but I feel that it shouldn't happen

I don't know what other speakers to reccomend but these are overpriced for what they deliver.

Fair sound

Overpriced, not too loud. My old logitech speakers cost me $30 and sounded better. These are twice the price and no improvement at all

Wonderful Speakers

I would most definitely recommend these speakers to someone looking for loud speakers for their desk or medium sized room.

Crisp highs, deep bass from the sub (especially for it's size). Sounds from these speakers can be heard throughout my house. Speakers can be VERY loud without distortion. I got these speakers for $33 and I am extremely impressed for their price (and...

I don't enjoy the grey on the speakers, but it is really of little importance. Cords are decently short so don't expect to spread the speakers and sub apart too far, or get some extensions
