Tannoy i30 Speaker System for iPod

By Cathy Lu (pcworld.com)

Like a Miss Teen USA contestant, the i30 looks good--but things go downhill once it starts making sounds.

Tannoy i30 iPod Speaker Dock

By Michael Brown (maximumpc.com)

It's been 10 years since my first Tannoy encounter. I auditioned the company's exquisite studio monitors as an associate editor at Electronic Musician, and the acoustic bliss I experienced then lingers still. With that remembrance renewed, I couldn't ...

Review: Tannoy i30 iPod dock

By Peter Ha (crunchgear.com)

We compared the i30 to Bose's SoundDock and it beat out the Bose hands down. The SoundDock was more akin to a cheap $20 iPod dock than the grandiose experience people are expected to have with Bose products. The i30's sound was crisp, unmuffled and ...

Another high-end speaker manufacturer takes a hearty swing at the iPod speaker market; unfortunately, Tannoy's effort amounts to a mighty whiff.

Tannoy i30 Review

By Nate Lanxon (cnet.co.uk)

iPod dock speaker system

Terrific sound quality with mellow and light rock tracks ; stunning build ; fantastic price ; wall-mountable ; video output

Doesn't like bass-heavy tracks at high volume ; remote is unresponsive ; no physical volume controls

A superb iPod sound system with generally terrific sound quality. Despite issues with songs that feature extremely heavy bass, it's almost certainly one of the finest iPod setups you'll find on the market today
