Burns rice in the center. I would not buy another one, and consider trashing this one. Not worth shipping back, just throw it away and next time go to a supply store to purchase a quality product.

I even used mine for soups to heat up on the quick evenings.LOVE MY RICE,AS WELL AS MY COOKER.I HAVE USED IT FOR BROWN RICE AS WELL AS WHITE RICE AND HAVE NEVER BURNT MY RICE USEING MY RICE COOKER.THANKS.
