Bosch 30" Wall Oven HBL34

have yet to use the middle burner or convection, but it heats up water real quick and crisps my bacon like my dad used to.

I purchased this product 2 months ago. It pre-heats very quickly and cooks extremely evenly. I've found that it takes significantly less time to cook things in this oven than my old oven. Another nice feature is that the stoptop is very easy to clean....
