Now doesn't get hot enough to fry consistantly. It was opened on xmas and now sits in a trash heap. Embarassed I gave this as a present

worked 4 / 5 times , then didn't get hot enough. Cuisinart replaced for $ 20.00 charge. second fryer didn't work any better than fist one. tossed both in trash.

Great little fryer. For 1-2 people, it is as advertised. The first one I owned, and happy. Cooked chicken wing drumettes, and took only 9 minutes. Juicy tender. Has magnetic power cord for safety, as I had to figure that out on my own. I recommend this...

If it had a drain for the oil, it would have got 5 eggs. but easy to pour out
