Dacor Millennia MCD230 Electric Double Oven

The floor of the top oven rotted out- an obvious manufacturing defect, and Dacor would only offer a "discounted" new oven, with my paying shipping, tax, installation etc. I could buy it new here for the same price. No help, no customer service, and blame the victim. I have photos, but now I am buying a new NOT Dacor oven. Way too expensive to be so cheap and unreliable. I should have paid more attention to reviews. Don't lose a lot of money. Avoid Dacor.
