THIS PRODUCT IS FABULOUS!!!!! I LOVE THE WAY FOOD ROTATES IN AND OUT OF THE OIL. EVERYTHING FRIES EVENLY. PLUS THIS WAS THE BEST PRICE.

Product worked great the first couple of times. Clean up was easy. Now it won't heat up. Manual says the thermal safety device must be broke and to contact them by hotline. Never could get anyone to respond to my problem.
