The Hamilton Beach 7 Quart Stay or Go Slow Cooker works fabulously. It holds an 8 pound Boston Butt and I love having the option to travel.

It is represented as having a capacity of 7 quarts. It does not. Capacity is BARELY 6 quarts. I wrote to seller(THE NERDS) with the problem. They disavow any responsibility, saying they were only repeating the representation made by Hamilton Beach.
