We always used a slow cooker as we both work, but now there are just two of us, this has been a perfect replacement. Settings seem about right for temperature, but you need to be careful of liquid levels.

I've used this over a dozen times since I got it and it is fabulous. Perfect for 2 people. At first I had a 3L model from another brand, but I never made meals that reached more than half way in the pot, which is actually bad for the slow cooker....
