Delighted with ovens.. Had another Hotpoint oven, which we exchanged for this one, as the dials on the previous oven were not readable at the height, (not bought from you).

Good appearance and easy to use.i like having a light in the top oven and thesplit grill which heats up very quickly.

Grill pan a bit tinny and grill element not quite as good as its predecessor

Concealed controls which keeps them clean, good sized oven, better than most for internal measurements, easy to keep clean.

The timer is much too quiet and can't even be heard properly in the kitchen

Cleaning the brushed stainless steel was a pain until I found out about using baby oil. So far I have found no other bad points

we are impressed wiyh the overall features especially a grill in main oven, very efficient heating of the oven
