Wouldn’t come up to temperature engineer came put it on the computer to resolve still does it periodically. Spring in top oven door kept falling out queried at shop hotpoint sent two new clips.

This design is nice it looks clean and is easy to clean.

When you turn it on you have to hold it and to hear that clicking noise continuously and you thinking that when you release it's going to be alright but waiting was too long.

the price was reasonable

the grill pan is a poor fit the top oven has an annoying fan the grill has a mid point that does not heat sufficiently (cold spot) the shelves in the oven stick

Overall I'm very happy with our cooker,easy to use, love the design and colour and great value for money!!! Easy to clean too!! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
