Hotpoint Signature JLG60P Gas Cooker, White

I've so missed having a separate, variable gas grill. Oven seems quite hot but I can cope with that. Gas hob so much better than electric. Excellent service from John Lewis.

The cooker works well and looks good. But in less than a year developed a rust problem around the clock. The John Lewis warranty excludes rust - you can understand they don't want to be responsible for anything that develops rust years after purchase....

First big meal cooked was Christmas lunch. Job done perfectly. A very efficient oven. My only criticism is that the oven and burners are noisy when first switched on but a very minor point

Upper oven is rather slow for cooking and difficult to negotiate when grilling Lower oven too near the floor and difficult to get to for pensioners with back or bending problems. Rings easy to clean and looks good.
