Oven too low, it's difficult to put and take things from the oven. Takes long time to heat up There is no indication wich hob is on, so sometimes you can burn yourself

Very easy to keep clean. hotplates head up quickly. Basic model but fine for me.

Oven seems to need a higher setting than my previous cooker but I don't cook cakes only dinners. Grill is a new design apparently and doesn't seem to heat up that well. Did not receive a grill pan as advertised.

Compact, easy to use and it is ideal for a house of only 2 people. I would not recommend it for a large household because teh oven space may not be quite big enough.

We had to buy a shelf, and I feel that it should come with two shelfs.

Both my wife and I are elderly and took us a while to sort out the oven controls.
