I have the same problem.

 

I have the same problem with the knobs and I have been waiting over 2 months for the replacements. Did you put the new knobs on yourself? If so, how do you get the old ones off. I tried to pull them and they didn't come off.

this stove has knob problem

 

I'd like to know if there are others who are experiencing the same problem. So disappointing for a high end Kitchen Aid Architech line and for a very expensive stove.

This stove is looks good, I have the matching fridge and I want the matching look of the same appliances from the same line ... BUT

BUT there is a problem, a defect which neither Sears nor Kitchenaid would disclose. The letterings on the KNOBS keeps coming off, just like that, the labelling on the knobs get erased in a matter of weeks. I've called twice for replacement in 6 mo
