Self Cleaning Mode results in purchasing a new one

2 hours into the 3-1/2 self clean cycle, the oven completely shut down. Could not open the oven door as it was still locked for self clean, even after it cooled. Apparently, the temperature was too hot and burned the digital control panel, the thermal...

Forget This Gas Range

Original new range arrived after 2 week wait. Once installed oven's stop top worked fine but oven unit would not heat properly and convection unit made high pitch sound.  Seller wanted to send repair team to fix on first day.  I insisted on a new...

Top Notch Stove

We got ours in Jan 2008 and it's a dream to cook on and bake in. You will need a few days to get used to the power if you have been using a 'elcheep-o' gas range for a while. Water boils fast with the dual burner up front. Oven makes baking easy - done...

Looks like a million bucks

Overpriced a thousand bucks. Does NOTHING better than a typical mid-priced ($600-$900)

If you have 20 minutes to boil water then this is the stove for you. For $2000 you would think it might work a little better.

The oven works well

A total disappointment

Love it!

I purchased this range three weeks ago and love it! The power burner is wonderful and the low simmer is wonderful too. I have no problem hearing little noises as the oven cycles on and off. Love the warming drawer. I didn't think I would use it but...

Wow!

What can I say but, Wow! I was not expecting to be so excited about this product but I am. First, let me say that of the 3 major kitchen appliances, the range is the one that you are most actively engaged with. And if you like to cook, you should go...
