Buyer beware, horrible costumer service.

We bought this unit while building our home. Moved in May 1st and found that the microwave would not pop popcorn. We had a service man come May 22cd. He recommended to Whirlpool, who makes KitchenAid, that the unit should be replaced. They would not...

Attactive design

This product does not work and the Whirlpool, who makes kitchenaid, will not do the right thing to replace it

Beware

"This unit didn't work when they installed it. I should have made them take it back with them at that time. now, 4 service calls and 2 circuit boards later (and 2 weeks without an oven or microwave), they want to come back to replace 2 more boards....
