This is a great unit and the only complaint I can muster is it would be helpful if it heated to 165 degrees to kill the bugs. I have no desire to precook meat for jerky.............Highly recommended......

I've used it twice now for homemade chicken jerky treats for my dogs and it's awesome. Very quiet operation, good level drying. Make sure you spray the racks with cooking oil or you will spend hours scrubbing residue off the plastic trays. It's huge!...
