Problems Problems Problems

Would not buy again. Purchased the LG range in Nov 2006 and it has not cooked properly since. Sometimes things are undercooked; sometimes burned. The temperature that you enter is not the temperature in the oven. I have two ...

Looks nice and love the white glass top, cleans very easily

Oven doesn't heat evenly.  Undercooks or burns food.  LG is no help.  Could care less.

So Far So Good

My wife and I picked up an all black model about 6 mos ago. It was a display model, so we were able to get it for about $650. We have a large family, teens on down, and needed the convection and large oven for quick cooking. We can do two ...

Interior color, convection, large variety of burner sizes. Easy knob cleaning, hah!, no knobs!

None yet, maybe constant cleaning of the cooktop, which is more than just wiping.

Keypad Shorting /Poor Customer Service

I bought the white version of this range in May 07. After a few uses I noticed the heat exhaust from the oven blows up on the keypad making it hot to the touch and a yellowish discoloration on the white paint between the vent and the keypad that has ...

Great range when it works.

Poorly designed and presents a burn hazard since the keypad gets so hot.

Buyer Beware - Keypad malfunctions & Cust. Serv. doesn't care.

The keypad doesn't work on my LG LRE30451SW Electric Range! I called Customer Service and the manager told me he won't talk to me anymore because he couldn't give a good response to my questions - I was getting dizzy from all the round-about answers....

Oven and range worked great when keypad worked.

Without a keypad, it's $850 worth of junk! Customer Service doesn't care!

Glass Breakage Defect and Very Poor Customer Service

I purchased the LG LRE30451 Electric Kitchen Range in Stainless Steel with Convection 04-04-2007. I will first explain what I hate. While I was using my range yesterday (3 burners) I heard a "pop"- not very loud, but not a noise you would expect to...

Wipe clean- knobless control panel. Cavernous oven.

Broke after 7 months in use. Expensive. Very poor customer service from LG.
