Method of lighting gas requires both hands at the same time and does not always light first time with a great deal of gas escaping meantime. Also very difficult to simmer as no burner will not go low enough. Pity the bottom storage area is not a drawer.

Eye-level grill. Absolutely essential.

No indicator lights to show when gas is on. It is easy to leave a ring alight without noticing.

Grille light would have been good

Has to be the panstands. On most other cookers, they are raised which I find dangerous as my pans were always tipping over. That doesn`t happen on my new New World cooker

I find the grill pan handles stick out a bit too far. They are pretty much head height, which means I keep catching my forehead on them, though I`m slowly learning to live with that .
