Didn't Last

After using this steamer for about six months, maybe two times per week, it started leaking. Water runs out the bottom, soaking whatever it's sitting on. Not the best behavior for an electric appliance! Apparently the leak is around the heating element...

Great Product!

This went perfect with my all white kitchen theme. I would buy anything Oster.

Cooks evenly and I'm very impressed with this product. If you want a good product for a great price, look no further. You wont be disappointed!

It would be nice to have a 3rd tier for more food but that's not really a con as its specifically understood this was a 2 tier steamer. Not really a con, just a want...

Excellent Steamer

This was a replacement for a cheaper steamer. The improved design does a much better job at steaming. Having 2 chambers is wonderful if you have a lot to prepare. Of course, you can use just one as well. The Rice Bowl is great for reheating leftovers....
