Throwing ours away because it takes too long to cook & is dangerous

On first inspection this seems to be an OK product, but after using it a few timew we are throwing it out because IT JUST DOESN'T COOK PROPERLY.It creates loads of steam, but much of that comes out of the filler spout instead of circulating around the...

Timer packed up after just 6 months. The baskets are a nightmare to sort out. A very frustrating bit of kit.

To Long To Cook

I have had this steamer for about 6 months and I find that it takes far to long to cook potatoes and veg it can take up to 45 mins. I am now looking for another steamer and may even revert back to a hob version.

Good value and very useful

 

Very good for steaming after which food tastes much better. If steaming fish make sure that you have adequate ventilation otherwise everying else no trouble.
