Looks/works great (until you have to clean it)

Poor engineering causes grease to accumulate between the door glass that you cannot reach through normal cleaning

By far the worst appliance I have ever owned. I bought this product over a year ago and have never been able to use the self clean mode! Worst experience of my life was trying to find a reference to the lock-out mode in the manual! Second worst was...
