I bought this oven in June 2016 and it stopped working less than 3 months after purchase. I asked for a refund but as it was over 30 days after purchase the only option was a repair. Following a repair the oven has now stopped working for a second time...

Heats up quick

It alerts you when oven is heated to your temperature, good closing door, I haven't had it long so don't know how the glass will clean. I got it reduced so I was delighted

I would have preferred another rack as I am a baker

Great looking oven which I think is over looked these days! Most ovens I viewed before buying this one were uglier than my sister! And boy is she ugly Cooks really well and easy enough to keep clean too

A complicated oven tray and shelf system. Why can't we just have conventional oven shelves? The design is poor when you need to have 7 pages of instructions on how to use the oven shelving and trays. I would not recommend this oven.

Large oven and self clean interior

Developed an intermittent fault after a month, hence my scores. Samsung were very unhelpful. Their terms state that if no fault is found by their engineer (which is wholly possible as it is intermittent!) I am liable to pay a set fee. Would not budge...

A smart-looking appliance. Quick to pre-heat and cooks well.

Difficult to read positions of operating dials during use. Control panel display buttons very hard to read and could be better illuminated.

No grid for the grill pan. No stay clean oven walls. Very basic. Arrived with a dent in the top.
