The best

We use this guy everyday! works like a charm. The transparent water level indicator is so useful. The 4 temp setting and auto clean functions are great as well. I only hope the motor pump stays good for a long long time.

Very good water boiler

This is a great water pot, it boils 4 quarts of water in about 20 minutes. Considering the volume of water and the power it consumes, not bad at all. My 1.5 quart water kettle boils water faster, but it constantly out of water, it gives me an...

Works very well

The Secura 4 quart boiler is easy to use and works well. Boils water and maintains it at 208F. There is actually four temperature choices (208, 194,175, and auto cool). It has an automatic low water level shut off. This has a stainless steel interior....

THE BEST Hot Pot Made!

I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful hot pot! After a week of use, it is just as advertised and works wonderfully! In fact, it works much better than my last hot pot that recently died after about 2 years or less, and I would not buy the old one again...

does the job.

purchased this for the office so we don't have to use the microwave to warm water anymore. it's a tad on the large side but it does the job and does it well. would highly recommend.

It stops heating the water just short of boiling!! That's a HUGE disappointment. If you are a tea drinker, you would know that it is very important for water to come to full boil for your tea to brew properly! I have another one of these water boilers...

Secura Water Boiler and Warmer SWB-43

I bought Secura Water Boiler and Warmer (Model # SWB-43) from Amazon.com: it was defective - there were dents on the side of the body. I've returned the product and purchased the same product second time. It came with the same defect. Extremely...

Cheaply Made

I did not know what to expect as we have been a zoji fan for years. But I decided to try it out as we are slowly replacing our nonstick stuff (cookware, rice cooker, etc...) with stainless steel. Exterior: Greyish color lid instead of black. Made of...

Great for the right job

If you want to keep water hot all day, and do not frequently change between temperatures, this does the job. It does take a little while to boil if filled full, as it does to adjust to a change in the temperature setting. Once it is heated though,...

Great at high altitude

I love these water boiler pots that you see in every east Asian household. 3 things have kept me from buying one (like the Zojirushi models) in the past: price; nonstick layers on the inside; and altitude (we live at 5,000 ft., where water boils at...
