Straightforward simple controls, easy to use, heats quickly. Looks good and feels robust.

Easy to clean hob. Gets to required temperature very quickly. Seems to be economical, won’t know until we’ve used it more. Solid dials. Bright lights. Wok hob very efficient at heating.

Gas fitter had trouble getting Wok hob to work properly. Eventually got there. Seemed very sensitive to placement of caps. Not sure of instructions for using auxiliary oven, unclear how to set temperature for grill.

When using the grill with the door open all the control knobs get very hot and can burn Fingers

This is not exactly a bad point but as the instructions say "open the oven doors, a little to start with before opening fully" as steam can build up. The timer/clock doesn't work and has yet to be resolved. I contacted Smeg directly as instructed by A....

It is a fantastic cooker with beautiful design. I love it.

Cooks everything really well. The knobs for the hob are very easy to use. Generally straightforward to use and easy to understand the manual.

Stainless steel is a nightmare to keep clean. Only one shelf provided for main oven.

So far I've had excellent results. It makes me appear to have cooking skills! Comedy brandname++++

Hard to move as there is little to hold on to.
