Useful during kitchen remodel

I bought this to use while without a stove due to kitchen remodeling. I have been using it for nearly a month now, and whenever friends ask how we have survived this time without a proper kitchen, I tell them all about how this little induction burner...

Aggrevating

The first cooktop had to go back because it had something loose in there. The second one did not work at all after 2 months, when it was working it was super. Its to bad I don't have my receipt any more.

Its good enough for the cost.

This is a low cost Induction burner and works well for the cost! Ordered a different brand and returned it because of problems with it. The SPT burner is a bit hard to get used to. Once I got the hang of using the Temp controls rather than the power...

Oh my god!!! I am a foreigner. I don't know i need iron plate!

I have tried all my pots but none work on the induction cooktop. The LED always said E0. Finally, I search the problem on the Internet. It said most of chinese pots are iron. We don't need iron plate. When i see this, "Oh my god" is spinning in my...

Induction hot plate

This hot plate is not only easy to keep clean, it is also attractive to display. I am enjoying using it, especially not that I have learned how to use the fahrenhyte settings so it does not cook things so fast. Buy one and enjoy!

Too early to tell for sure

Firstly, I received what is obviously an open box return or a refurb. The box was ripped almost in half, the plastic around unit ripped, it had fingerprints and grease marks on it as well as chips of the silver paint on the side and one chip in the...

control panel went haywire

I agree with the positive aspects of the reviews to date, but after 4 years the electronic controls didn't work properly anymore. You could say that for the price all you are going to get is four years in todays world, but if you believe its wrong to...

Lock feature is frustrating

I love induction burners. If you're using a cast iron pan, they're faster, more responsive, and more efficient than regular electric burners. So I bought this one and two others to compare them. This model works fine, and 1300 watts is more than enough...

Induction is your friend

Nice cheap induction cooker. Heats up quickly, is very controllable and energy efficient. I have owned a few in the past a 1300 watt and a 1800 watt, if I buy another I would go with 1800 watts (we all want more power) Great for setting up your own...
