It is a very good cooking tool for a variety of food when it worked.

This model is a different design from my previous unit. I had several unpleasant experience with this unit. It cannot maintain the seal. Therefore, I had to shut it down and release the pressure. Then took it apart to adjust everything I can think of....

Good deal, good product, but worse introduction menu

I use it to cook rice(4 of 5 star), stew bone &soup (5 of 5 star), stew meet (5 of 5 star),

The introduction of the menu is not good, due to without what's the air pressure during cooking, how to safely control air pressure in detail, what actions should be avoid pre-cook, during cooking, or after cooking. It is important !!!
