if you use the top layer it doesn't cook the bottom layer had to wait a further 25 mins for the chips to cook (and they were par boiled) heard great reviews and considering the cost its a thumbs down from me !!

Don't buy, as a single fryer it works well but if you try and use both try's it is useless.just buy the normal one, don't waste you

Used once (perfect) after that paddle didn't turn and unit didn't heat up - tried to call the Tefal helpline as the troubleshooting page advises but they were closed both times I tried to call them. Sending back to Very!!!

This is our second ActiFry and we loved it as a family we can cook numerous meals at much reduced fat % the chips are the best remind me of my childhood proper home cooked chips.

I had a standard actifry which I use all the time. But this one is amazing. I don't have to use the oven at all now.
