The tefal vitacuisine is an excellent product and ; was good value for money ,it performs very well ; and would thoroughly recommend this product

to date we have found no points that would have changed our minds about the purchase of this ; product

Great way of cooking vegetables. This must be my 4 teal steamer. Would not be without it

First one we bought eventually the plastic covers cracked , so may not be dishwasher friendly

The two upper trays, being solid, collect hot water and are a bit difficult to get out. I have swapped these with the two perforated trays from my old steamer

None really ; It is pricey, but you get what you pay for compared with cheap steamers, that simply do not work

Cook very quickly, almost half the time of my last steamer which was a cheap one ; Compact for storage

No external place to add water during cooking ; Seems flimsy in some areas so worry about breakage

Being progammable is really useful. I like the way the whole unit stacks so campactly for storage

The water collects in the trays for baskets 2 and 3 because there are no vent holes
