The grill tray only just fits which makes it hard for my mother to use. I kept the grill tray from the previous cooker (about 30cm by 20cm with easy to use handle) and that is much easier to use

No grill pan! The roasting pan/ so called grill pan provided has no handle, you are supposed to use a cloth to remove a very hot pan possibly with boiling fat from under the grill, health and safety issue here! Very surprised that such a high priced...

Heats up quickly, quiet and easy to control. The hob and knobs are easy to clean

The only problem I have found is that the grill tray scratches along the top oven when I am using it to make toast. It seems as if it is too large for the oven and has actually left scratch marks

great oven, easy to clean, simple to use

hob slow to heat

The control dials are situated so as to be easily used,no reaching over the radiants as with older style cookers,and the appliance seems to respond very quickly to your requirements,everything seems to heat up very quickly

The only thing i find a little awkward,is the lower oven being very low to the floor,bad back here we come
