Side opening door makes aceess easier for shorter people and those with mobility problems. Additional runners to allow grill pan or shelf to be pulled fully out most helpful.

Disapointed that the fan was faulty from the start. Not being able to use floor of the oven cavity does restrict its useful space.

Easy to use cooker, like the side opening door and thermal grilling. Baking has been successful with fan oven. Overall happy with this purchase.
