Pretty easy to use. We do white, Jasmin, and Sushi rice all the time. Always perfect. Can make it and take it to a friends house and great rice hours later when we decide to use it.

What a great little rice maker. I have kept rice warm for 24 hours and it still tasted great. Liked this machine so much we bought the breaker which is just as well built and produces a quality bread.
