The phone was easy to set-up...my older parents had no problem. I have spoken to them several times since they got the phone and they both want to use it...so the soulution is to replace their cordless with the GE cordless model also! I would highly recom...

This phone is great. I purchased one last year and my grandson baptized it with soda. Replaced it because it does the trick for me. I have some hearing loss and the volume assist really helps. I did not have any trouble with the reciever as some folks...
