My purchase was suppose to be a new answering machine not a used answering machine. All the parts were out of the factory plastic. The phone was dirty & scratched and the time & date was alreasdy set. They don't come from the manufacture like this new....

This was a replacement system [previous was also AT&T/V-Tech]. Takes some getting used to the new features, but we like it!

This phone works well for our needs. Needed a two-line system for our church with a wired base and wireless handsets. Went with a system that incorporates Bluetooth, less out of necessity than for potential future use. So far it has worked well....
