I think this is the first thing I've ever bought from Amazon that I've been disappointed with. It should only be listed as refurbished if it's back to original factory specs. The phones work fine, but I can't see numbers.... lame.

We purchased this telephone system as part of a woot-off [..]. Even though our phones were listed as refurb, too, we needed to replace our current, mismatched phones. After over a year and a half of service, these telephones have performed flawlessly....

I just returned a replacement to the refurbished set of phones I oredered that was dead as a door nail. The phones I think are okay if they are supplied with new sets of batteries. Very disappointed. Who should I call to get a couple of new batterries?
