Followed the simple instructions which came with this phone and in minutes. I was hooked up. Works great, would recommend to anyone.

This phone was a replacement for a handset that got damaged. It easily is programmed to respond with the rest of the phones already in place. I like it's ease of use, mobility and it's pretty tough for 2 boys who have dropped them many times!!

The handset was DOA, due to a defective battery. A phone call to the supplier led to them sending a new battery within a few days, at no charge of course. The handset is excellent.

I was shopping for the PHONE unit....and I got the Unit that is Used as a Secondary Unit in other Parts of the Home. This Unit DOES NOT have a Place on it ANYWHERE to Plug in a Phone Jack....It is a nice looking phone and All...but If you want a PHONE...

Handset arrived from ANTOnline with dead battery, AT&T replaced the battery. Phone does not maintain connection to base which is downstairs(1st floor)approximately 30' away.

Purchased the phone and it would not charge. Called teh manufacturer as instructed in the box and was told that there is no support because the phone is out of warranty. Can't believe they sold a product that is out of warranty.
