The lifter works very well with my AT&T cordless headset. Unfortunately the instructions are poorly written. It is more confusing to try to follow the instructions when mounting the lifter than it is to actually just try to figure it our yourself. ...

This product is a piece of junk. It did not work properly regardless how I installed it. I called for support and they could not help. I sent it back.
