I found this to be easy to program the only drawback is the bluetooth headset will not work with this phone.

The bluetooth feature is why I bought this phone. When it connects well, it works GREAT. When it doesn't connect - you really have to fumble with it, reboot etc...to get it to work. Not sure why that is. Speakerphone is excellent. Not expensive. ...

EASY to setup and use. GREAT sound quality. Now- if it would automatically stop the callers looking for money :)

If you buy this phone as a bundle with the extension handset, then you will probably want to go ahead and get the bundle with TWO handsets. To purchase an additional handset is almost $50.

Phones work fine. But forget the blue tooth feature - sound is bad. Otherwise, everything is great.

i bought this to replace the broken one(failed to charge battery). not sure about the quality since i dropped it on the floor a couple of times. i like this phone so i bought a new one.
