Awful design!

Awful design!

This phone has a giant flash button on the top/back of the phone, right where you would naturally put your fingers. I've probably hung up on half of my calls since I got it; some of those calls were disconnected as I was trying to answer the damn...

Pleased . .

Pleased . .

I bought this phone to replace the ATT Caller-ID 240 which I purchased in 2007 (the 240 was causing me to repeat too much-- ppl on the other end couldn't seem to hear me anymore--a real pain). Pleased with this ATT Trimline 1909. Sound quality is...

What do you want for 12 bucks?

OK, I wouldn't recommend this as an everyday phone. Like most people I prefer the versatility of a cordless. But a corded phone is nice for power failures. I got this one to replace a trim phone from radioshack that just stopped working. All I want...

May be the worst phone ever

May be the worst phone ever

This may be the worst phone ever. If you try to tuck the phone between your shoulder while you talk, you will end up pressing the on-hook switch with your cheek, disconnecting the call. If you hold it in your hand, you will end up pressing the flash...

Really bad phone. The key pad "0" did not work. The keys do not light. The caller ID window does not light. I returned phone. Thank you 'Amazon' for an excellent return policy.

Poor quality phone

Poor quality phone

Our old Trimline died after 5 years, so we went to buy a new one. The new ones are not good quality. You can barely hear the phone when it rings (it made less noise than my little kitchen timer) without music on - with music playing, forget it. ...

Very Poorly Designed.

Very poorly designed. When you hold the receiver in your right hand, in a way that is natural for the average person, your fingers automatically hit the buttons they inconveniently placed on the outer side of the receiver. I was on the phone and hit...

Readable in daylight, but not in low light

I wish the display was backlit, but I think it's about as good as it can be for this type of display. With the contrast up all the way, it's easy to read in bright light and I keep a little squeeze flashlight next to it for when the light is lower....

A customer

This is a great corded phone for just over $10. Good reception and clear sound. Narrow enough to fit anywhere. I would give it the best rating possible but for three things: 1)No lighted key pad 2)No sound when pressing a number 3)Base is so light, and...
