My father in law is blind and big buttons, combined with quick dial options, were essential - his previous big button cordless were analogue with mediocre reception - these are excellent in every way.

Easy to use and set up

I like the big buttons, only drawback is that buttons don't light up when you pick up the fone or when you ring someone :-( Nevertheless mustn't grumble !!
