BT Hub Phone 1010

I purchased a number of these including the ones from BT ..very disappointing , not good quality and not very reliable also a real hassle to get to work with the Hub. I gave up never again

do not buy!!! I got this with the original bt home hub and its the worst phone/wireless box i have ever seen!! sure its easy to use but every time the phone rings i always lag out of the internet. useless

Can someone please tell me how i can update the technical details as there all wrong does have couler display and it does have a back light ect Thanks
