I bought this exact phone 5 years ago, refurbished. We have used it every day since and have had to buy only 1 replacement battery. The sound and reception quality are very good. After 5 years of everyday use by 2 teenager girls this phone works great.

Utter rubbish - the pictures keep deleting themselves and they are really unclear and useless anyway. Screen too small to see anything properly. And, there is no flash. TOTAL waste of money.
