I love this phone! It works great. I have had it for 3 months and my LCD screen is very easy to read. With the caller ID and call waiting it is also a plus. It charges easily, and works reliably. I highly reccomend this phone!

I have a very difficult time hearing on this phone. Even with the volume turned way up, you cannot always hear people well. I don't know about you, but I find hearing people an important part of a telephone.

Pluses: choice of 4 rings, good sound quality. Minuses: The LCD screen is dim and difficult to read and the battery craps out fairly quickly (yes I did charge it properly)

Didn't come with a headset like the other guy said, but it certainly is prepped to have one on. The caller ID features are nice, great clarity. Not an amazing phone, but lots of extras and good quality make it a great buy for the money.

Works very well. the package I received also had an ear/mouth piece for hands free talking that works good. White color is bonus for lady of the house.
